A full body selectorized strength equipment circuit for the total body workout. Quick, simple, safe, and effective 30 minute workout.
$10 a month
Treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, & step mill with TVs and monitors for the kids Club
Monday – Friday: 8am to 9pm
Saturday: 8am to 5pm
Unlimited Fitness Training on the total body circuit.
At anytime, stop at the front desk and schedule a one on one session with a trainer on the Total body circuit
